Mike has been serving as a certified Coaching Professional since 2015. He specializes in helping leaders maximize their potential and amplify their influence. He coaches clients in a way that utilizes both their heads and their hearts. Mike first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own leadership and was struggling to move past it. His first coach was a valuable resource that helped him get to where he is today.
Mike received my certification as a coach from Erickson Coaching International and certification as an influence coach from the Keller Influence Institute. He leverages his coaching certifications, membership in the Applied Improvisation Network and his 20+ years in pastoral leadership to powerfully serve his clients.

Mike has served churches as a pastor in Minnesota and Ohio since 1997 and currently serves as the Senior Pastor at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Gahanna, Ohio, as well as the Synod Coaching Coordinator for the Southern Ohio Synod (ELCA).
Mike is the author of Unstuck: Amazing Momentum for Christian Leaders through Improv.
